Shipping Policy
It is our intention at M.A.T.'s Beads to keep the Shipping and Handling costs as low as possible. However, due to all the different sizes and weights of items like our tools, sometimes the S&H will come to an amount that is higher then the actual cost of shipping your goods.
Should this happen we will credit the difference of the cost you paid to the actual cost of shipping your item(s).
This credit will be applied to your PayPal account and will be done after your order has been processed.
All orders will be shipped within 3 business days.
WE SHIP TO THE ADDRESS LISTED IN YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT!
We will not be responsible for misdirected shipments due to an incorrect PayPal address. If it is not correct, you must change it in your Paypal settings.
WE WILL SHIP TO ANY COUNTRY THAT HAS MAIL OR UPS DELIVERY!
NOTICE to all international buyers. We WILL NOT mark the customs form GIFT.
1. ALL custom forms will be filled out according to U.S. Law. So please don't ask us to fill it out any other way.
2.We ship just about everyday except Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
3.We will ship to anywhere in the world that we can. Please email for shipping costs.
4.We can not guarantee the delivery of overseas shipments.
But we do the following to get your order to you.
1a. We check as much as reasonably possible to be sure that the item(s) you ordered are allowed to be shipped to your country.
2b. We pack the order to withstand the rigors of overseas travel.
3c. We double check to see to it that the customs form is the right one and filled out correctly.
4d. We include an invoice on the inside of your package so that in the event the address label is damaged or torn off your info will be in the package.
5e. Most overseas shipments go by PRIORITY mail to help with delivery.
5.All duties and tariffs are the responsibility of the buyer.
6.We also suggest that any order over $25.00 be insured.
